Refund Policy:
The refund policy varies per program.
Live Certification Programs: The registration fee is refundable up to 15 days prior to the live program less $100.
Home Study/Online Programs: No refund on home study/online programs.
Webinar Programs: The registration fee is refundable if canceled within 5 days of the webinar date.
