TTUHSC - Development and Evaluating Preceptor Readiness in Layered Learning


The goals are to introduce the idea of preceptor development in earlier learners within the layered learning model as well as a modified rubric for student-level preceptors in training. The program will provide case examples and walk through application of the rubric.
