The Experiential Programs Office provides quality and innovative education and training for Preceptors, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and other health care providers. 
 
Our goal is to provide a diverse portfolio of course offerings that reach across interprofessional platforms, and will enhance the practitioner’s daily practice as well as the student or resident’s learning experience all the while enriching their patients’ lives.
 
 
Texas State Board of Pharmacy Preceptor Requirements
 
To become a preceptor in Texas, you must meet all requirements established by section 283.6 of the Texas Pharmacy Rules. You must have three (3) hours of continuing pharmacy education every two (2) years that is specific to precepting. For additional information, please refer to: TSBP Agreement for Preceptor

Resume a Course:  To resume a course, login to your account and go to "Pending Programs/CE" in the top gray toolbar.  Select the "Distance" tab and the course you want to resume.
 
CPE Credit:  In addition to completing the requirements stated for each program, you must enter your eProfile ID and your DOB (MMDD) upon registration so that your credit will be processed.  Per ACPE, all credit is to be processed within 60 days of course completion.  If you suspect your credit has not processed within 24 hours of completing a course, please contact Kristin Bell, 806-414-9798.  Participants assume responsibility for credit not processed due to inaccurate or missing eProfile ID and/or DOB.
 
NABP eProfile:  Per ACPE and the NABP, all continuing education credit is to be posted to participants' NABP eProfile within the NABP's eMonitor system.  If you do not have or remember your eProfile ID or would like more information regarding the NABP eMonitor system please click here to be transferred to their website.  
 

Please ensure the computer system you plan to use meets the following minimum requirements:

  • Internet Browser: Chrome 63 or higher, Firefox 61 or higher, Safari 14 or higher
  • Operating System: Windows 10 Pro or macOS 12 Monterey
  • Memory (RAM): 16 GB RAM or greater
  • Storage: 512 GB solid state drive (SSD) or greater
  • Processor: Intel Core i5, 11 or 12 Gen or M2 for Macs
  • Internet Connection: Built-in LAN and 802.11 Dual Band Wi-Fi
  • Media Viewing Requirements: Adobe Reader, Intel intergrated, AMD, NVIDIA (DP, HDMI, VGA) dual monitor support or greater
